TM T3

Tecnomacchine’s TM T3 is a CNC-controlled drilling machine developed for drilling gears and other types of parts.

It is equipped with three drilling units staggered by 120° and has a CNC control with three controlled axes:

X for the radial translation of the bit, Y and Z for the angular rotation of the work part to be machined.

The bits suitable for the drilling machine TM T3 vary from a diameter of 1.5mm to 5mm and can machine gears from 30 to 160mm. The TM T3 is furthermore able to make central, higher and lower drillings on 1, 2 or 3 differently staggered lines. It machines up to 350 work parts per hour and can be equipped with a fully automated loading and unloading system.
