Spline Mandreller

The LeCOUNT® Spline Mandrel works on the same design principle as the LecoUNT Standard Mandrel, but the pitch diameter of the part is carried on the contact edge of the three jaws and, if necessary, the spacing between the jaws. LeCOUNT Spline Mandrel can also be used to contact the main diameter. In both cases .0002 or better repeatability is guaranteed. The pricing of the Splined Mandrels is done after the spline data shown in the graphic below and a drawing of the parts have been passed through.
