Standart Mandrel

The standard LeCOUNT® Expanding Mandrel is used as a means of labor for the inspection and dismantling of parts between centers. LeCOUNT Mandrels have excellent reproducibility and allow for quick loading and unloading of parts. With a wide variety of expansion ranges, LeCOUNT Mandrels is suitable for parts with .0001 "TIR precision, ranging from 0.250 to 7.00 inches with only 12 Mandel.

LeCOUNT Standard Mandrels are available in five (5) types and in a wide range of sizes (see table below):

• Type A, English - extra wide range for maximum expansion range
• Type B, English - extra long jaws for long hole lengths
• Type C, English - compact for short diameter lengths
• Type H, English - oven inspection and extra long holes
• Type M, English - extra small diameter length and diameter
• Type A, Metric - extra wide range for maximum expansion range
• Type B, Metric - extra long jaws for long hole lengths
• Type C, Metric - compact for short diameter lengths
• Type H, Metric - cooker inspection and extra long holes
• Type M, Metric - extra small diameter length and diameter
