PENTAC ® PLUS, the next generation of revolutionary cutters from Gleason. Recognized world-wide for accuracy and reliability, Gleason PENTAC PLUS has taken one step ahead of cutting technology. Compared to the standard PENTAC system, the PENTAC PLUS cutter heads are specially designed to improve chip removal and prevent chip packaging in high-efficiency dry cutting machines, resulting in significantly higher tool life and greater productivity. In particular, it is an improvement with cutters using a multi-surface blade geometry.
