Genesis® 210HiC

The Genesis ® 210HiC Gear Hobbing Machine is designed to optimize dry machining, reduce floor space requirements and greatly improve cycle times for cylindrical gears and shafts with an outside diameter as large as 210 mm. A fully integrated chamfer and deburr station allows complete manufacturing – hobbing, chamfering and deburring in the same machine with a small footprint. The process flow; pre-hobbing, chamfering, deburring and finish hobbing does not leave a secondary burr – which is very important for hard finishing of workpieces. Quick-change workholding systems reduce change over time to a minimum, improving overall productivity.
