TM1100

The deburring machine TM1100-7-axes-CNC is a machine designed and realized by Tecnomacchine for deburring and brushing spur gears, bevel gears, sprockets, pinions and shafts as well as internal gears.

The machine is equipped with two machining units, each one equipped with a deburring and a brushing tool which chamfer the teeth both top and bottom and take care of the final cleaning of the work part eliminating the secondary burr.

All four tools are CNC-controlled by means of seven axes guaranteeing precision, repeatability and speed in positioning. Thanks to the outstanding CNC-control it is also possible to save up to 50 operating cycles which allows to zero the set-up times when it is necessary to change the type of work part.

The TM1100-7-axes-CNC stands out for its simplicity and functionality. Moving the tools and the teach-modus, the operator gathers the data to be set and in the learning modus, he fill out the program of the operating cycle.
