TM400

Threaded deburring machine TM 400 4BP was designed and manufactured by Tecnomacchine to take the burrs of large and small diameter gears and gears. Three adjustable towers take internal threads in diameters from 180 to 5500 mm. A universal mandrel allows threading in different sizes and deburring up to 210 mm in height. The machine teeth are both burr and brush at the top and bottom. It is equipped with two grinding discs and two brushes to facilitate the selection and placement of the workpiece. Grinding tools have special shields and are supplied with three adjustable aspiration devices. The TM400 is also equipped with an opening for the loading and unloading of workpieces via overhead cranes or towing devices. The arms that support the grinding tools are equipped with a fully adjustable "wrist". After the initial setting of the grinding wheels, it is possible to quickly set the tools to various diameters of the work pieces by simple radial translation of the different tools. Programs loaded into the PLC for automatic mode operation can perform all deburring and brushing cycles with the exclusion of subunits. It is also possible to perform deburring or just brushing cycles. The machine can be installed on the customer's requirements regarding the diameter, weight and height of the workpieces to be machined.
